Events are actions within the QuoteValet system that can trigger notifications. See below for a full list of available events and descriptions for each.

 

System.ANY → Triggers for all System events

 

QuoteValet.ANY → Triggers for all QuoteValet events

 

QuoteValet.Accepted → Document has been accepted by the customer

 

QuoteValet.AcceptedAwaitingAdditionalSigning → Document has been accepted by one party and is awaiting acceptance or signature from additional required signers.

 

QuoteValet.AcceptedByProxy → Document was accepted on behalf of the customer by an authorized proxy or representative.

 

QuoteValet.ApprovalApproved → An internal approval request associated with the document has been approved.

 

QuoteValet.ApprovalNotApproved → An internal approval request associated with the document has been declined or rejected.

 

QuoteValet.ApprovalRescinded → A previously granted approval for the document has been revoked or rescinded.

 

QuoteValet.AutoReminderEnqueued → An automatic reminder related to the document has been queued for future delivery.

 

QuoteValet.AutoReminderRescheduled → An existing automatic reminder for the document has been rescheduled.

 

QuoteValet.AutoReminderSent → An automatic reminder related to the document has been sent to the intended recipient.

 

QuoteValet.AutoReminderTentativelyScheduled → An automatic reminder for the document has been tentatively scheduled but not yet finalized.

 

QuoteValet.ConvertedToLost → The document has been marked as lost, indicating the opportunity is no longer expected to close.

 

QuoteValet.Created → The document has been created in QuoteValet.

 

QuoteValet.CreatedForApproval → The document has been created in QuoteValet specifically for an internal approval workflow.

 

QuoteValet.CreatedForCustomer → The document has been created in QuoteValet and prepared for customer viewing.

 

QuoteValet.CreatedForPeerReview → The document has been created in QuoteValet specifically for an internal peer review workflow.

 

QuoteValet.DocumentCreatedInQuoteValetMobile → The document has been created using QuoteValet Mobile.

 

QuoteValet.ExpiredQuoteWasViewedByCustomer → An expired document was viewed by the customer or an unauthenticated recipient.

 

QuoteValet.OptionsChanged → Customer-facing options on the document were modified or selections were changed.

 

QuoteValet.OrderFormOrderSubmitted → An order was submitted from the document's order form.

 

QuoteValet.OrderFormViewed → The document's order form was viewed by the customer or an unauthenticated recipient.

 

QuoteValet.PaymentByProxy → A payment was submitted on behalf of the customer by an authorized proxy or representative.

 

QuoteValet.PaymentFail → A payment attempt for the document failed or was declined.

 

QuoteValet.PaymentIntendsToPay → The customer indicated an intent to pay for the document (e.g., selected a payment option or initiated checkout).

 

QuoteValet.PaymentPending → A payment for the document has been initiated and is pending completion or confirmation.

 

QuoteValet.PaymentRequestPageViewedByCustomer → The payment request page associated with the document was viewed by the customer or an unauthenticated recipient.

 

QuoteValet.PaymentRequestSet → A payment request was configured or enabled for the document.

 

QuoteValet.PaymentSuccess → Indicates that a payment has been successfully submitted by the customer.

 

QuoteValet.PeerReviewPosted → A peer review comment or response was posted for the document.

 

QuoteValet.PrimaryQuotePdfViewed → The primary PDF rendition of the document was viewed.

 

QuoteValet.QuestionPostedByCustomer → A customer posted a question or comment related to the document.

 

QuoteValet.QuestionPostedBySalesRep → A sales representative posted a question or comment related to the document.

 

QuoteValet.Recalled → The document was recalled, removing or restricting access for recipients.

 

QuoteValet.RecalledQuoteWasViewedByCustomer → A recalled document was viewed by the customer or an unauthenticated recipient.

 

QuoteValet.SignedByAgent → The document was signed by an agent or internal representative as part of a signing workflow.

 

QuoteValet.SignedByCustomer → The document was signed by the customer as part of a signing workflow.

 

QuoteValet.SigningFullyExecutedNotificationTriggered → All required signatures have been collected and a fully executed signing notification was triggered.

 

QuoteValet.SigningRequestTriggered → A signing request was triggered or sent for the document.

 

QuoteValet.SigningView → The document was viewed in signing mode (e.g., a signing session was opened).

 

QuoteValet.Updated → The document was updated in QuoteValet.

 

QuoteValet.UpdatedForApproval → The document was updated in QuoteValet within the context of an internal approval workflow.

 

QuoteValet.UpdatedForCustomer → The document was updated in QuoteValet and the customer-facing version was refreshed.

 

QuoteValet.UpdatedForPeerReview → The document was updated in QuoteValet within the context of an internal peer review workflow.

 

QuoteValet.UploadAreaFileDeletedByCustomer → A file in the document's upload area was deleted by the customer or an unauthenticated recipient.

 

QuoteValet.UploadAreaFileDeletedBySalesRep → A file in the document's upload area was deleted by a sales representative or internal user.

 

QuoteValet.UploadAreaFileEditedByCustomer → A file in the document's upload area was edited by the customer or an unauthenticated recipient.

 

QuoteValet.UploadAreaFileEditedBySalesRep → A file in the document's upload area was edited by a sales representative or internal user.

 

QuoteValet.UploadAreaFileUploadedByCustomer → A file was uploaded to the document's upload area by the customer or an unauthenticated recipient.

 

QuoteValet.UploadAreaFileUploadedBySalesRep → A file was uploaded to the document's upload area by a sales representative or internal user.

 

QuoteValet.ViewedExternal → Indicates that a document was viewed by a party who was not authenticated. This is typically a customer or another participant in a multi-signing workflow.

 

QuoteValet.ViewedExternalFirstView → The document was viewed externally for the first time by an unauthenticated recipient.

 

QuoteValet.ViewedInternal → The document was viewed by an authenticated internal user.

 

QuoteValet.ViewedInternalApproval → The document was viewed by an authenticated internal user in the context of an approval workflow.

 

QuoteValet.ViewedInternalPeerReview → The document was viewed by an authenticated internal user in the context of a peer review workflow.
