New Features - Build 3
 1. For MS CRM users, users can now do product lookup searches for MS CRM. Any custom product fields you've added will appear as additional lookup columns you can map. [Service Release: 3.02]

 2. For MS CRM users, a new price list setting has been added on the MS CRM Setup window. This will allow you to choose how the price list product prices are pulled from or leave it at the default to use each product's own list price. [Service Release: 3.02]

 3. For Autotask users, the Quote Products setup option controlling how QuoteWerks Grouped Bundles are written to an Autotask quote is now a three-way choice. The setting can be found under Setup -> Opportunities -> Quote Products, "For grouped bundles, create in Autotask:" now offers: a) The individual group items only - each group item is written with its own pricing and no bundle header line is created. This is the default. b) A single summary product only - one line carrying the price of the entire bundle, and no individual group items. c) A summary product plus the individual group items - the bundle header line is written as a $0.00 summary line and the individual group items carry the pricing.  4. For QuickBooks Online Users, the &DH_StatementOfWork Macro is now available to use for the Customer Message and Memo fields when creating Estimates, Invoices, and Sales Receipts. This is configured on the Transaction tab of the QuickBooks Online Settings window. [Service Release: 3.02]

 5. For Zoho CRM users, a new Default Deal Stage setting has been added to the Deals tab of the Zoho CRM Setup window. The Deal's forecast probability now follows the stage that is defaulted to. [Service Release: 3.02]

 6. When saving a quote, a link to open the quote in QuoteWerks Web is now added to the CRM opportunity for Zoho CRM, salesforce, MS CRM, HubSpot CRM, SugarCRM, Act! for Web, Pipedrive, and HaloPSA. [Service Release: 3.02]

 7. The Edit Contact window of the built-in QuoteWerks Contact Database now displays the company name in the Title bar, for example, "Edit Contact - ABC Company". [Service Release: 3.02]

 8. GoldMine v2026.2 is now supported! [Service Release: 3.02]

Misc Features - Build 3
 1. For TD SYNNEX users, the Online Ordering status messages have been improved. When a TD SYNNEX order has not yet been released by the TD SYNNEX sales rep, QuoteWerks no longer displays this as an error. [Service Release: 3.02]

 2. Modified QuoteWerks Desktop to be aware of Xero Accounting integration if QuoteWerks Desktop is used in a hybrid environment with QuoteWerks Web. [Service Release: 3.02]

 3. Installer now lets you choose the Windows Program group to install shortcuts in. [Service Release: 3.02]

Fixes - Build 3
 1. In the Refresh Item Details window, when checking the checkbox next to each field you wanted to updated, the status message showing "x field(s) selected for refresh" was not being updated. [Service Release: 3.02]

 2. Any fresh installations of QuoteWerks v23 build 6 or higher never had the default "SYS_EmailToAVendorContact" email template. [Service Release: 3.02]

 3. For HaloPSA users, when creating a new HaloPSA contact from QuoteWerks an error message "Unable to retrieve SiteId" could appear, resulting in the company being created without the contact information. [Service Release: 3.02]

 4. For HaloPSA users, fixed an issue where converting a quote to an order (or renaming a document) could fail with "Error deleting existing Attachment record in HaloPSA!" [Service Release: 3.02]

 5. Importing a DTF file containing certain Unicode characters, such as accented characters, special symbols, or em dashes, could result in a checksum warning or import error. [Service Release: 3.02]

 6. The Etilize product search "Limit to my distributors" option no longer excludes products that are only available from Amazon, or from distributors such as ADI, ScanSource, BlueStar, Arlington, Arbitech, Accutech, TeleDynamics, Jenne, and Supplies Network. [Service Release: 3.02]

 7. For Ingram Micro users, when checking the status of an Online Order, could receive the following message: ?Error in IngramMicroJSONUpdatePOWithStatus() updating the fulfillmentitems with tracking number for Ingram order! Could not locate the FulfillmentItem!?. In the Error details, the DistributorSONumber would be blank. [Service Release: 3.02]

 8. For Ingram Micro users, when checking on the status of an Online Order, could receive the following message: "Unknown VendorLineStatus 'Edelivered' in IngramMicroLineStatusConvertToStandard()" [Service Release: 3.02]

 9. For Autotask users, QuoteWerks Grouped Bundles no longer multiply the Autotask quote total. Previously the bundle header line and the individual group items were both written with pricing, and because the header line already carries the price of the entire bundle, Autotask counted the bundle twice and scaled the error by the bundle quantity. The Autotask quote total now matches the QuoteWerks document total in all three of the modes above. [Service Release: 3.02]

 10. For HubSpot CRM users, QuoteWerks Grouped Bundles no longer double the deal total. When the "only create a single summary product" option is unchecked, the bundle header line is now written as a $0.00 summary line and the individual group items carry the pricing. [Service Release: 3.02]

 11. For Zoho CRM users, QuoteWerks Grouped Bundles no longer double the opportunity total. When the "only create a single summary product" option is unchecked, the bundle header line is now written as a $0.00 summary line and the individual group items carry the pricing. [Service Release: 3.02]

 15. For Autotask, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, HaloPSA and Salesforce users, recurring QuoteWerks Grouped Bundles now honor the grouped bundle setting. Previously a recurring Grouped Bundle always wrote both the bundle header line and the individual group items regardless of the setting, doubling the total. [Service Release: 3.02]

 16. For SugarCRM, ACT!, ACT! for Web and GreatAmerica Leasing users, recurring QuoteWerks Grouped Bundles no longer double the opportunity total. The recurring bundle header line is now written as a $0.00 summary line and the individual group items carry the pricing. [Service Release: 3.02]

 17. For Kaseya BMS and Microsoft Dynamics CRM users, recurring QuoteWerks Grouped Bundles no longer double the opportunity total. Only the bundle header line is written, matching the existing behavior for non-recurring Grouped Bundles. [Service Release: 3.02]

 18. For HaloPSA users, Opportunity Details text no longer loses its line breaks and blank lines when quotes are saved or attached to existing opportunities. [Service Release: 3.02]

 19. For HaloPSA users, the "All" button in the contact lookup now correctly fills in the State and Country on the ShipTo and BillTo addresses by reading the location's Region/Country from HaloPSA when those values aren't present on the address lines. [Service Release: 3.02]

 20. Paste Special no longer pulls in Required Items when the "Apply Required Items" option is unchecked. [Service Release: 3.02]

 21. For HubSpot CRM users, searches now return all matching records instead of stopping at the first 100. [Service Release: 3.02]

 22. For HubSpot CRM users, searching using text from the middle of a company name now finds matches instead of returning no results. [Service Release: 3.02]

 23. For HubSpot CRM users, line items sent to a deal now keep the unique description entered in QuoteWerks instead of reverting to the description already stored in HubSpot. [Service Release: 3.02]

 24. For HubSpot CRM users, re-saving a quote with more than 100 line items no longer leaves the previous line items behind on the deal. [Service Release: 3.02]

 25. For HubSpot CRM users, attachments on deals with a large amount of history can now be found and deleted. [Service Release: 3.02]

 26. For HubSpot CRM users, contact and company searches are significantly faster, particularly for contacts linked to many companies. [Service Release: 3.02]

 27. For HubSpot CRM users, saving and re-saving quotes with a large number of line items is significantly faster. [Service Release: 3.02]

 28. For fresh new installations, the SYS_EmailToAVendorContact email template was missing. [Service Release: 3.02]

 29. If you clicked on the Vendor RFQ toolbar button on the main toolbar and receive an error, the main toolbar would remain disabled. [Service Release: 3.02]

 30. When editing a Management report with the output saving as a CSV, for the Output File, if you did not specify a file extension, the file would be exported with a .txt extension instead of a .csv extension. [Service Release: 3.02]

 31. Fixed an issue where the "Request Return Receipt" option was not being applied to outgoing emails, so no read receipt was requested from the recipient. [Service Release: 3.02]

 32. Fixed an issue where an automatic Sales Tax Rate Lookup could clear the document's address fields when USPS could not verify the address. [Service Release: 3.02]

 33. When a Sales Tax Rate Lookup finds no exact address match and more than one tax jurisdiction exists for the ZIP Code, the Tax Rate Lookup selection window now opens automatically so you can choose the rate, rather than displaying a message asking you to click the Real-time Tax Rate Lookup button on the Sale Info tab.  34. For TD Synnex users, placing an electronic order could display an erroneous "PO Number was not found" error because TD Synnex had not yet made the newly placed order available for status retrieval. [Service Release: 3.02]

 35. For HaloPSA users, new quotes and sales orders are no longer created with a placeholder line item named QWTEMPITEM. This placeholder was previously required by the HaloPSA API and is no longer needed. [Service Release: 3.02]

 36. Calculation issue when a rounding PriceModifier like P25R1 was used. This happened when QuoteWerks was running in a Parallels environment on a Mac with an ARM processor. [Service Release: 3.02]
